Our mouths are already watering thinking about those bacon maple bars — Portland’s Voodoo Doughnut is finally expanding to Seattle, according to a land-use application filed with the city.

The highly popular chain — with outposts already in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Vancouver, WA — will be moving into a 2,600-sqft space inside Capitol Hill’s Booker Building at 1200 Pine St.

There’s no set timeline for an opening date yet, but site plans show most of the space dedicated towards a kitchen with room for some in-house snacking next to the store’s front window.

The expansion is still in the early days of planning. Expect updates in the coming months — and start saving room in those bellies.

Which Voodoo doughnut are you most excited for?

A. Oh Captain, My Captain (Captain Crunch)

B. Maple Bacon Bar

C. Viscous Hibiscus

D. Portland Cream
