Well, Seattle we’re less than a month away from the first day of school for Grades 1-12.

And even if you don’t have school-aged kids begging for Fortnite backpacks or pink, sparkly notebooks, the beginning of the school year is a good time to punch-up your home-office game.

Here are some places to get great school/office supplies — plus, some spots to get new threads for your smarty pants kiddos.

Pens, paper, pencils and such

  • Grapheme | 2421 E. Union St. | You can’t tell us that multi-colored fountain pens and vintage-inspired tape dispensers wouldn’t be the biggest flex at school (or your office).

  • Paper Hammer | 1400 Second Ave. | This cute little shop is where you can get really fancy with stationary like hand-printed notecards + fountain pens.
  • UW University Bookstore | 4326 University Way NE | You don’t need to be a college student to cash in on the store’s wide variety of notebooks, planners, office supplies +calculators.
  • Kinokuniya | 525 S. Weller St. | This Chinatown-International District shop has plenty of books to browse, in addition to its selection of pens, lunchboxes, notebooks, pencil pouches + snacks.
