We stumped some folks at Trade Winds Tavern

Some of those deep cut Seattle history questions were toughies.

You’ll have to excuse the quizzical expressions on our faces. We’re still recovering from SEAtoday’s first-ever trivia night as part of Drink Up Month.

We had an absolute blast at Trade Winds Tavern last Thursday trying to stump teams in a variety of Seattle-driven categories, from weird history to an audio round of local bands. There were prizes, laughs, and a couple of minor technical difficulties (thanks, karaoke microphone).

Special shout out to Revenge of the Cheese Curds, a squad of SEAtoday fans who won Best Team Name. They totally earned that Lederhosen Unicorn Ornament.

We also want to thank Trade Winds for playing host — you can still grab a glass of their special Dirt of Your Shoulder Cocktail, since Drink Up Month isn’t over yet.

Have FOMO now? Try answering a few of the questions we asked — which include some oh-so-close wrong answers were submitted by the teams who played.
