More than 100 local restaurants are joining forces to raise money for immigration nonprofits. Big foodie news here — Canlis is in the middle of a management shake-up. Co-owner Brian Canlis is heading off to Nashville, leaving the restaurant with his brother Mark. Closing
After closing its Fremont factory in 2023, Theo Chocolate is now also closing its flagship store that shared a building with the factory and Bellevue shop. While this ends the brand’s physical presence in the Seattle metro area, chocolate bars will still remain for sale in other retail stores and online. (Eater Seattle)

I don’t know what took me so long, but I finally had Korean BBQ for the first time — and what a treat.
My friend took me to So Moon Nan Jib in Federal Way and we got a huge spread of meat and all sorts of sides (with soju of course). Everything was so fresh and packed with flavor. I’ll definitely going back for more soon.
