Here’s something that may hit close to home.

Washington has the largest and fastest-growing population of Ukrainians and Ukrainian-Americans out of any other state — you or your neighbors may be directly affected by the Russian invasion of the country, now in its 19th day.
Washington State Governor Jay Inslee and Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell have both taken measures support the people of Ukraine in recent days — but if you’re looking for a way to personally support those impacted, here are some suggestions.

Buy and support

  • Tutta Bella | Multiple locations
To show support for the pizzeria’s three Ukrainian team members, all proceeds from sales of the chain’s Peremoha cocktail will go to Razom for Ukraine (peremoha means “Victory” in Ukrainian).
  • The Pink Door | 1919 Post Alley
One dollar from every sale of its Standing with Ukraine cocktail will go to the World Central Kitchen.
