You’ve been waiting rather patiently. About a year ago, we listed Woodinville‘s new Harvest residential, wine, and retail hub as one of the most exciting local developments in the works. Now we’ve got more concrete details about the big construction project, which is projected to open in 2024.

Here’s a little map if you want to go ahead and acquaint yourself with the layout.

What we know is coming 🍷

Here are some of the restaurants and businesses that have signed leases in the retail collection known as “The Yard .” Get excited for:

Overall, Harvest will include ~100,000 sqft of retail space and three levels of underground parking, which should help shoppers get around when visiting.

You can live there, too 🏡

Having a home steps away from award-winning food and wine sounds like a literal dream we’ve had. The residential component of Harvest — called River Run — has yet to break ground, but presales will begin early this year for its 31 townhomes that each come with a two-car garage.

In addition, two more residential complexes are planned for the development. Alexan Woodinville will contain 20,000 sqft of its own retail space along with 250 high-end apartments — it’s set to break ground in 2025. And Vineyard Creek will consist of 45 luxury farmhousesooh, la, la, y’all.
