Sure, a few NFL players may be able to keep up with Seahawks star Tyler Lockett. But how many of them can host a tasteful open house? 🏡

Yup, believe it or not, the All-Pro wide receiver is now a licensed broker selling fancy homes on the Eastside. After completing a 90-hour course in late March, Tyler joined the team at the Keller Williams Eastside agency — and launched his very own website called Liv N Serve Real Estate.

Wait, so is our man retiring? 🏈

Breathe easy, 12s. Tyler just signed a four-year extension with the Hawks, so he’s very much ready to take the field next season — despite this new side hustle. Rather, he told Seattle Met that his love of HGTV and the desire to “make a difference in the lives of people” motivated him to jumpstart a second career.

Scoring big time 💰

For a rookie agent, Tyler is already racking up major stats. His first listing was a five-bedroom Sammamish farmhouse that has a pending offer for over $3 million — a high number even for this red-hot market. He also expressed interest in expanding the Liv N Serve brand to other Washington areas and his home state of Oklahoma.

Hard-hitting local market 📈

Tylers’ competitive spirit should come in handy. In March, single-family homes in King County were up 12% with a median price of $930,000. Plus, former teammate Russell Wilson put his Bellevue pad on the market for a whopping $28 million (it’s a bummer Lockett didn’t get a part of that action).

Once he gets to training camp this summer, Tyler may be a little more hands-off with the daily home-selling grind — even though he hinted on doing some deals remotely. Looks like there are currently no active Liv N Serve listings, but those who want to buy a home from him can keep an eye on the official site and Instagram for updates.
