Seattle City of Literature map points out bookish local history

Oh, it’s getting lit. This week, the Association of Writers and Writing Programs Conference & Bookfair (AWP)which is basically Comic Con for English majors — arrives at the Seattle Convention Center.

Timed with the occasion, the Seattle City of Literature nonprofit made a lovely new map of all the places around town with bookish history and appeal. There are 300 points on the digital version and 90 on the print edition that’s available at indie bookstores, libraries, and other hubs. You’ll find destinations like:
